Jan. 2nd - Danni is such a beautiful girl
Jan. 3rd - 2016 will bring some positive changes as our children grow. Josh is planning on going on a mission, Danni is graduating high school, and Emily is turning 12 this year. I'm going to enjoy moments with my family this upcoming year.
Jan. 4th - Danni's kitty provides so much entertainment in our home. I'm not sure who is more fun - the kitty, or those who tease him.Jan. 3rd - 2016 will bring some positive changes as our children grow. Jan. 12th - Stake Temple Week - I went with my parents and sister to the temple. We live in the same stake boundary.
Jan. 12th - ASU back in session. Josh is taking so really hard classes this semester. He goes to the Polytechnic Campus by the Gateway Airport and this is the famous landmark over there.
Jan. 17th - Josh taught Elder's Quorum today. I'm so proud of him!!
Jan 22nd - Angela got an early 16th birthday present. She is thrilled to have joined the cell phone world.
Jan. 25th - Watching my 4 kids play ball in the back yard just melted my heart.
Jan. 31st - I love the smell of fresh rain.
Feb. 14th - Valentine's Day 2016
March 4th - This little cutie is having lunch with the principal.
March 8th - Since October, Emily has been in a book club at school. Today was the last time they met this school year. Emily loves to read, especially Harry Potter.
March 22nd - I waited 1 1/2 hrs. to get this sticker. Jim waited in line for 3 hrs. on Phoenix to cast his vote. The wait was really long, but the right to vote was worth if. The heroes of the day - those working the elections.
April 6th - I'm dusting off my advocate hat. I'm going to need it tomorrow afternoon. The school that Angela and I love is not communicating with us. I don't know what is being done if anything. This is the hardest part of having a child with special needs. She has had such great services until this year. Next year, her sister will not be there to help her and I'm scared that she is going to get lost w/o the services that she is entitled to. She was supposed to get more services, but she just got lost in the system. I have to go fight for her tomorrow, so I better start dusting.
April 6th - My girls - They have such a sweet relationship. This is Danni's last late start and she spent it wit Angela. ❤️
April 10th - National Siblings Day
April 22nd- I went to see Taylor Junior High's "Lion King". It was a fun show and I loved watching my nephew.
April 28th - I love this kite flying weather!!!!
May 7th - It's Father & Sons this weekend, so my boys went to see Captain America.
May 12th - Angela went rock climbing with the youth. She was really scared to try it out. She climbed a few steps and then said she was done. I'm proud of her for going and trying something out of her comfort zone.
May 16th - Emily and her planet Neptune. I'm so proud of Emily for making this project. I didn't do much to help her. I just added Mod Podge at the end to protect it. I didn't even buy the supplies
May 21st - Danni went to ASU Gammage this afternoon for an award ceremony for Peter Pan. She walked the red carpet with her friends and performed on the Gammage stage. I think that is SUZpER cool!!! Peter Pan won 7/10 awards including Best Overall performance. Congratulation to the Peter Pan cast, crew, and Sandy Stones!!!
May 27th - My girls are ready for summer!!!
June 5th - Danni and I subbed primary together. It was a great experience to teach with my daughter. It was great to see her serve these sweet children in our ward.
June 9th - I feel very wanted. I received another jury summons in the mail. I just served in a jury last November. This summons was for another court, but I can be excused because of my service in November. Haha!
June 10th - Summer Fun!!
June 11th - As a family, we found names to take to the temple. These three did the baptisms for their own family. It's a rewarding experience to find names to take to the temple. We had a really sweet experience in the temple this morning. It 's a great way to start the weekend.
June 12th - These two girls just started Relief Society today. They are beautiful, amazing women. I'm so much better for knowing them. They are going to take the world by storm. Love you two!!!!!
June 12th - My son taught Sunday School and Elder's Quorum. I'm so proud of him!!
June 13th - Tomorrow I'm getting a face lift and a nose job. It's been in the works for a couple of months now. Here is my before picture. What til you see the final result!!!!
June 15th - I had GREAT friends!!!! Thanks for your well wishes, prayers, and friendship as I headed into yesterday's procedure. I know that everything was going to be OK. It was just nice to know that my friends were thinking of me, joking with me, and helping me out. Thanks again!!!!

June 21st - My sweet cousin sent me this picture that my Uncle Clifford took for me. A long time ago with one missing... I love my family!!! (From my mom)
June 24th - A month ago Josh participated in a two week course at ASU through his engineering program. He learned how to make 3D prints with the software the have him. Here he is making a presentation and some pics with his group. FYI - ASU was the first normal school. Really!!! That was it's name. The perks of being an ASU engineering student.
June 27th - Back to the pool - Stitches are all gone, so I'm off to the pool. I'm SO happy!!!
June 28th - hApPy BiRtHdAy to my twin, partner in crime, trusted friend, sister, swimming buddy, ... I hope you have a fantastic day and you are spoiled by your family.
June 28th - My parents have been married for 48 yrs. We love you!!!!!!
June 30th - I spent the Danni get registered and taking placement tests. She did well enough to get the President's Scholarship. She's my girl and DID amazing on the math assessment. So proud of my girl!!!!
July 5th - Thanks for the birthday wishes!!!! So many people messaged me a wished me a Happy Birthday. It made my day. Thanks again!!!!!
July 6th - Josh went to Camp Raymond today. He went to visit his nephew and drop off some needed supplies. It's fun to see Josh at scout camp again, even if it was for just a couple of hrs.
July 11th - We caught a Pokemon. Guess what we doing today?? My kids and I are going Pokemon hunting. We joined the bandwagon.

Aug. 3rd - Josh just got an email this morning about another scholarship he earned. He participated in a free 2 week seminar, earned certification in 3D software, and now earned a $600 for participating. The perks of being an ASU Engineering student.

Aug. 9th - It didn't help that the night before school starts, the Olympics were showing girl's gymnastics. Who could go to bed early?
Aug. 10th - My sweet Angela went to the wrong 6th hour class and stayed. It was about computers and she said she was totally bored. Poor girl!!!! I shouldn't be laughing, but the way she explained it was GREAT!!!!! She is laughing too!!

Aug. 17th - Getting our haircut is fun to do, fun to do.
Aug. 20th - My cell phone won't respond to touch. I can't use it to call, text, or anything important. I see texts that come through, but that's about it. If you need to get a hold of me, you can either:
1- send smoke signals but that might cause some alarm,
2- call or text my kids, but who sees their adult or teenage children
3- call my husband, well if he has his on him & he is with me
4- call my home phone, who uses that??
5- Facebook Message me - We have to share computers and school come first.
OK, so it might be hard to contact me. Sorry!! I survived childhood without a cell phone I can do it again.
Aug. 25th - New roof - YAY!!!! Now, we need to test it out. Mother Nature, can you help us out.
Aug. 27th - Jim and I went to a concert tonight - just the two of us. I was so excited to hear that this group of talented musicians were going to put on a concert. I know several members, including a great friend, and a talent musician that has mentored my son. It was a great concert!!!
Aug. 31st - One of Josh's school projects. His team built and programed this Lego vehicle. College can be fun!!! I knew all those Legos he played with as a child would come in handy.
Sept. 12th - We re-piped the line from our house to the street today. Years ago, we re-piped our house. That means every pipe in our house we have replaced. I hope our water problems finally go away.
Sept. 13th - Angela and Emily are often subjects in Danni's photo shoots.
Sept. 21st - I'm glad our tree is helping the workers. Our street has been CRAZY these past couple of days. I can barely drive down it.

Oct. 6th - I spy some cool things in Phoenix Danni had a field trip in Phoenix and I went into Phoenix with her. While she was with her class, I walked around Phoenix. There are some COOL things in Phoenix. We joined Jim for lunch before heading home. It was an amazing morning!!
Oct. 10th - MCC doesn't have a fall break and ASU only has a 2 day fall break. It's a tough break, but I'm so proud of them for going to school. It'll pay off!!! We will try not to have to much fun w/o them.
Oct. 13th - Sandy Friends
Oct. 15th - Four voters at this house. After the last primary, we all decided to go the mailing route. The right to vote is an important one, one that we are taking seriously.
Oct. 19th - Texts from my daughter. Apparently school started an hour later than were told. Angela tried to go classes but there was no one there. I miss having old kids at MHS to help her!!!!!!
Oct. 20th - My daughter made this a cute banner for me at RS. Thanks!!!!!
Oct. 25th - Danni is off to her new job at Gutherie
Oct. 30th - Last day of primary for Emily
Nov. 3rd - Helping out with the seminary BBQ is a good way to have lunch with my daughter.
Nov. 3rd - I'm constantly learning from my daughter. We had a great chat today!!!
Nov. 12th - Having a family picture is always a good idea.
Nov. 16th - KBP Ward and Porter combine events , which is a good idea for the community. Waffle Crush was there to reward us for donating cans for the food drive.
Nov. 18th - From Lisa: My sister and I are headed up north in a few weeks to see our little brother Jeff Wall and how cool that this picture should pop up!!! Similarities are interesting...

Dec. 18th - My family - We are going to have a blast these next 2 weeks. We love spending time together at Christmas.
Dec. 20th - Emmy's pyramid - Her brother and dad helped her make it. They did such a great job and I was thrilled to watch them work together
Dec. 27th - I love hearing the laughter and squeals of delight as our family plays together. It's been a much needed break from school and we have 1 more week to go. Love spending time with my family.
