Emily drew this art either with a pencil or with her iPad.  She is a very talented artist.  It seems she is always drawing something.  The top right is one that she drew of Danni.  What a striking resemblance of her.  Good Job Emily!!

​Looking back at my kid's 12th Easter.  Dressing up for Easter Sunday has been a tradition for me.  It's nice to get new church clothes, especially on Easter Sunday.

Memorable MondayEaster 2005

Since I started blogging in late 2007,  I wanted to blog about past Easters so they would be available to my blog and books made from my blog.  My kids were young and it's so fun to remember those days, especially now that they are older.  This Easter, Josh was 8 years old, Danni was 7, Angela was 5, and Emily was only 4 months old.

​Jeff and Lauren took their kids to Vernal to see the Dinosaur Museum.  While they were there, Jeff drove by and took a video of where our house was in Vernal and sent the video to us.  It took me back to the '70s when I lived there with my family.  I had to show pictures to my siblings about the house where I spent my years.  I lived there for 5 years, 3 of which I attended Masear Elementary School.  Lisa and I remember Mr. Tingy as the principal.  I remember visiting him, the Easthopes, and the Lucks just to name a few.  I remember having a cow on our lot and hearing about it jumping over the fence.

Dinosaur Discovery at Reid Park

We went to Tucson to see some dinosaurs at the city zoo.  We rented a hotel close to the zoo so we could get a good start.  There was a Denny's close by, so we stopped in for dinner.  It was cool to see Cort pop in for dinner too.  Out of all the restaurants in Tucson, we found the same Dennys at the same time.

Josh started to feel sick, so he went home.  We headed to see the Dinosaurs at the Reid Park Zoo.  It was a lot of fun and the dinosaurs were really cool.  We have discovered that the Tucson zoo is one of our favorite zoos.

Monster Jam

Danni and Manny went to Monster Jam with some friends.  Danni sent me these pictures.  It looks like both of them had a blast with super good seats.  Manny has been watching a lot of Monster Jam at our house, so to see it in person was awesome.  Thanks to Danni for sending the pics to us.

Emily is a junior this year and here is her schedule this year.  I always want til January to blog about schedules just in case there is a change that occurs before the second semester.
