Memorable Monday9th Grade Schedules

Josh had an opportunity to take Jazz Band in the spring, so we talked to a counselor to arrange for him to take the class.  He dropped the Career Exploration class that they say that freshman need to take it, but it's not required for graduation.  The counselor was quick to suggest that he dropped the course in favor of Jazz Band, so we did it.  The counselor said that there are requirements that he can do over lunch, which made no sense to me.   Career Exploration is out and Jazz Band is in!!!

I wanted to compare his 9th grade schedule to mine, since it's Memorable Monday today.

Josh is taking harder classes that I did in High School.  Josh elected to take French instead of World History/Geography this year.  He will need to take it next year or during the summer, we'll see.  I'm so proud of Josh and his accomplishments in school.
