2012 was an amazing year for the Pace family.
Jim has been busy working at Merchants Information Solutions and really enjoys his work. He has been doing some side jobs as well. Jim is currently serving as the Ward Mission Leader.
Tami stays busy. She volunteers as often as she can and with kids in 3 different school, there is plenty to do. She has been tutoring in math as well. She is currently serving as the Advancement Chairman in scouts. She loves to read, take pictures, scrapbook, and update the family blog when she finds free time.
Josh is in 10th grade and is a sophomore in high school. Josh has been really busy with the band. In the spring, he participated in 3 different band groups, two of which are jazz bands. Josh was able to travel to New York with the band this year. In the fall, Josh performed in marching and help the MHS Marching Band win the state championship this year. Josh turned 16 this year and was ordained a priest. Josh is still working on getting his Eagle.
Danni is in 9th grade and is a freshman in high school. In the spring, she participated in the school musical - The Music Man. She did an amazing job and has a great singing voice. She joined the color guard in the summer and marched her way to a state marching band championship with her brother. The color guard earned several awards and she earned a music letter this year. She is also taking choir at Mesa High.
Angela is in 7th grade this year and started junior high. Since 2012 is a leap year, Angela celebrated on her actual birthday. She started YW this year and went to girl's camp in the summer. She went rock climbing at girl's camp and went 30 feet up. When she finished, she said that she wasn't scared because there were men holding the ropes. Angela started junior high and is taking classes with her peers. She is doing well in school and discovered that PE is her favorite class.
Emily is in 2nd grad this year.She turned 8 this year and was baptized by her brother in November. She is a sweet girl who loves to read Junie B. Jones books. She loves to spend time with her siblings whenever they are home. Emily loves to play outside and we can often find her out there.
