It's Guardianship Day, which is the anniversary of the day that Jim and I received Guardianship of Angela through the Court.   This was our 2nd year celebrating this special day.  This year, due to COVID, we couldn't really celebrate the way that we wanted.  We went to Cold Stone Creamery and we each got a yummy ice cream treat and walked around.  We were able to see a mustang parade forming to do a birthday drive by.  It was nice to take the time away and celebrate Guardianship Day with Angela.

Memorable MondayEaster 2007

For Easter 2007, we held an Easter Egg Hunt and BBQ in our backyard.  We ate, dyed eggs, and had multiple backyard Easter Egg Hunts.  You can never have just one.  The kids enjoy the first one so much that they do multiple hunts till they have had enough.  I love having family get-togethers over the holidays and this Easter was a lot of fun.

We took the cutest Easter Morning pics.  My kids looked so cute and they were generally cooperative with my Easter Pics.  I feel like I got a lot of cute pictures.  I love watching the relationships that my kids have through pictures.  Pics that I will have for years to come.

Master’s Photo Shoot

Danni took Josh's Master's cap and gown pictures for his grad announcement.  It was great to have the professional pictures of Josh.  While we were walking around the Riperain, there were several people that congratulated him.  A lot of graduates will not get to have a graduation ceremony, so to hear strangers congratulate him warmed my heart.  Even though we are being social distant, we can still be kind and acknowledge someone who works really hard.

Danni's pictures turned out really great and I really appreciate all the detail that she captured.  Danni takes great pictures and she has taken all of Josh's graduations pics, so it seemed fitting that she do his Master's too.  Here are some of the great pictures that she took.

Memorable MondayKid's 10th Easter

This year, I'm showing pics of the kids's 10th Easter dresses back to back.  I love how all the pics include Emily.  The pictures of them when they are the happiest include Emily.  Does that mean anything?  They all love Emily, and Emily loves them all!!  Here is a pics of them individually with their Easter outfits on.

Easter 2020

Our Easter Picture this year

Easter was very different this year.  We didn't have Easter Sunday or participated in any family activities, but we made it fun.  We had a whole week of activities.  We played with chalk on the sidewalk, we dyed eggs, we made cookies, we send Easter Egg card to Grandma and Grandpa Pace, we roasted marshmallows outside.  We even went to the park for an Easter Egg Hunt.  Danni even had a photo shoot planned for her little guy.  Even with all the COVID stuff, the Easter Bunny found his way to our house.
