Move to Sahuarita

Josh  got a job at Raytheon and he is so excited.  Raytheon is in Tucson near the airport.  We took several trips down to get things arranged and found a nice apartment in Sahuarita which was 20 minutes from work  We planned a weekend that we would move him down.  We rented a U-Haul truck and filled it up, but were unable to get the stuff from his storage unit because they decided that was the day to pour asphalt.  We had a couple of rooms reserved for us at a local hotel, so we went with half of his stuff.  Mitchell came with us and we made it a fun event.  Jim drove the U=Haul truck and I drove the new Sequoia.  We moved Josh in his apartments, played games, ate out, and explored Sahuarita.  It was a fun weekend.  Josh came home with us to finish up some last items of business and have a farewell party.  He left to his apartment a few days later.  He was ready to start living on his own.

The next weekend, we hitched up the trailer and loaded it up with the rest of Josh's stuff and went down.  We just stayed for the day and this time Danni and Manny came with us. After moving stuff in and setting up the kitchen table, we went to lunch at Eegees to celebrate Angela's birthday, and then went to Build-a-Bear.  Danni helped Manny build Rex and Josh helped Angela build Poppy.  After, we  went back to Josh's apartment to sit in the hot tub.  Emily, Josh, and Jim were brave enough to swim in the pool.  We had Mod Pizza to celebrate Danni's birthday and then played Telestrations to end the evening  It was such a fun day and it was a chance for us all to be together.  It was hard to say goodbye.

Jim’s birthday

 Jim turned 52 today and we went to Power Food Park to celebrate his birthday.  We had a great time celebrating Jim's Birthday.  Jim is such a great guy and the kids really love him.  Manny thinks he is the best.
