We went to the zoo today and Danni a friend along. The zoo is always a fun place to visit and since we have a membership - an affordable place too. It was fun to come with Josh - He's always so busy to come to the zoo with us. The younger girls were thrilled that Josh came since Danni had a friend along. There was no school, so of course, Danni, Josh, and Jocelyn found one to attend. It was nice to visit the petting zoo again. It's been a while since we've been to that part of the zoo. 
Danni and Jocelyn went to the Stingray Bay while the girls played on the playground. They had a lot of fun touching the sting rays. It was fun to watch the girls react to the stingrays, especially when they splashed the water.
We saw lots of animals this trip, including the Koala who was on loan from San Diego. This was the second time we saw them and they were still sleeping. Are they ever awake? We always love to watch the spider monkeys. They jump onto the ropes and branches and provide so much entertainment for us.
