Spring Break

We started Spring Break off by spending the afternoon in the park. It was a nice day, so we loaded up our stuff and headed off. We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, played softball, played on the playground, and just hung out together. Later that night, we had dinner at different park with the Clawsons. It was great to hang out in the park before it gets to hot.

We visited the AMOCOCO which is currently at the Mesa Arts Center this week. It's designed and constructed by a British company "Architects of Air". AMOCOCO is a massive, inflatable, walk in art installation. It was amazing to walk through and see the different lights that were coming through. This was the only week that the AMOCOCO was at the Mesa Arts Center, so we stopped by for a visit. It was AWESOME!! After visiting the AMOCOCO, we received free tickets to see a museum at the Arts Center. After the exhibit, the kids were given ribbons to tie around the place. We really enjoyed walking around Mesa Arts Center, especially when the kids found the water features.

I friend of mine was having a camp fund raiser and they were offering horse rides. They also had a petting zoo too. Since I didn't have good pictures of my young two girls riding horses, we headed on over. The girls loved riding the horses and petting the animals. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad that we took the time to head over.
