This year, I thought it might be fun to start a new tradition and have my kids fill out a questionnaire on their birthday. It'll be fun to look back and see them when they are older.
Angela woke up to Happy Birthday banner and cupcakes all over the front lawn. It was a fun to see that someone remembered her birthday before she headed off to school, especially on her true birthday.
Sprinkles, a yummy cupcake company, offered free dozen cupcakes just for leap day kiddos. After school, we headed over to get some cupcakes for Angela. There was a line there when we arrived and Angela was asked often if she was 2 or 3. She told them that she turned 12 - she's not going to go by leap years. Sprinkles makes great cupcakes and we enjoyed them very much.
