Memorable Monday
Christmas Letter 2002

The Pace Family - 2002

This year has been a busy year for our family.  Jim has been working hard this year.  In the summer, he was summoned to serve on a grand jury.  He served twice a week for four months.  It was a great experience for him.  He has recently been called as an assistant scout-master.  His first camp-out was hiking on the Mormon Battalion Trail.  He had a great time.  Tami has had a busy year also.  She has been called as the Primary Secretary.  It keeps her very busy.  She is learning more about her kids everyday.  She is getting an education by raising them.  This education comes from experience instead of books.  Josh is 6 years old and started first grade  this year.  He lost his first tooth the second week of school.  Mom cried.  Josh played T-Ball in the spring.  He played very well.  He learned that if he was first on the field,  he got to play first base or play on the pitcher's mound.  He played soccer in the Fall.  He really likes it and made some good friends.   Danielle is 4years old.  She is in preschool again this year. She is doing really well.  She is learning her ABC's and the phonics. She is taking dance this year.  She really enjoys it.  She also helps Angela during her therapy. She really enjoys singing and is going to join a singing group in January. Angela is 2 years old. She has grown a lot this year.  She started walking in March.  Her world has changed since then.  Now, she can climb, jump, and play.  She is now finishing her therapy through DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities).  In January, she will attend a Special Education through Mesa Public Schools.  She will still need some extra physical therapy.  She loves music.  She tries to sing.  She gets the right tune and some words in.  She is so fun to watch.

This year, we have seen our family grow by leaps and bounds.  We are very blessed and are very happy.  We are grateful to have such great friends and family and wish you a Merry Christmas.
